Responsibilities
• Identify technology solutions based on business needs• Lead project implementation internally and externally• Partner with teams to create project scopes and timelines• Act as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams• Project manage and monitor implementation process• Refine implementation best practices• Support creation of playbook for future clients• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred• 5-8 years of relevant experience• 3-5 years of technology project management and operations experience• Strong project management and leadership skills• Self-motivated and well-organized with ability to prioritize tasks• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Experience with project management systems• Experience in contract foodservice preferred• Ability to travel globally (approximately 25%)
