Instructure is seeking a dynamic Sr. People Business Partner (HRBP) with prior experience fully partnering and supporting multiple departments/teams. The ideal candidate will be someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and apply excellent business instincts, develop talent, use data to drive decisions, and help maintain an environment where employees can thrive. The position will be responsible for employees based in Eastern Europe and will support our engineering and product teams at a minimum.What you will be doing:Partner with employees and management across all levels of the organizationAdvise leaders on people issues including performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, and other areas as neededPartner with People team to manage compensation programs including salary and equity reviews, market adjustments and promotionsTrain leaders on management best practicesProvide leaders with proactive solutions to facilitate meeting business goalsPromote a culture of excellent customer experience, openness, ownership, trust, integrity, excellence and simplicityUphold our company values of openness, relationships, equality, and ownership (yes, that spells OREO)Here's what you need to know/have:BS Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related fieldA minimum of 5 years of HR experience managing employee relations concerns and supporting business leaders as an HR Business Partner.
