Instructure is seeking a dynamic Sr. People Business Partner (HRBP) with prior experience fully partnering and supporting multiple departments/teams. The ideal candidate will be someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and apply excellent business instincts, develop talent, use data to drive decisions, and help maintain an environment where employees can thrive.
