Responsibilities
• Overall management of geotechnical engineering services• Direct and execute field exploration and laboratory services• Execute geotechnical project assignments including engineering analysis and reports• Site reconnaissance and assessment of site conditions• Identification of problematic soils and additional investigation as needed• Provide senior review of proposals and reports• Client relations and business development activities• Mentoring and training of staff technicians and engineers• Active participation in professional and technical organizations
Requirements
• BS in Civil, Geological, or Geotechnical Engineering required• Minimum of 7 years of geotechnical engineering experience required• Excellent understanding and knowledge of geotechnical engineering• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration highly preferred• EIT required• DOT experience required• Experience with gINT or similar software required• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Fluency in English• Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record required
