Job Title: General Superintendent - Multifamily Construction
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $140k- $165k+ DOE; Bonus Incentives, Allowances, Travel Assistance as Necessary
Requirements: 15+ years experience in Multifamily Construction; wood framing experience is required

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Superintendent to join our team. As a General Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind our multifamily construction ventures in Charlotte, overseeing projects ranging from $20 to $50 million in size. You will spearhead strategic growth initiatives, on-site field administration and technical management, ensuring our projects are created on time, within budget, and in adherence to our high-quality standards.

What You Will Be Doing Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, etc. Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc. Monitor progress for multiple projects at a time Maintain a excellent client/customer relationship throughout the project Partner with Senior PM/Project Executive/VP on development initiatives What You Need for this Position 15+ years in Multifamily Construction OSHA 30 Required Extensive background in Multifamily Construction Wood framing experience required; podium/wrap preferred Experience in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction Procore, Microsoft Project Proven experience managing multiple projects, trades, and suppliers at once Project experience of 20+ million Benefits Competitive Salary + Bonus Incentives Medical/Dental/Vision Short and Long Term Disability Life Insurance AD&D Paid Parental Leave PTO and Holidays 401k up to 4% (with immediate vesting) Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
