We are currently seeking a General Manager to join our community at Townhall Public House in Abbotsford! Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: ·        Providing leadership and development for the team
·        Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
·        Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees
·        Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards
·        Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed
·        Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability
Working Conditions: ·        Hours and shifts may vary
·        Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements * Serving It Right Certification
* 2+ years' experience in hospitality management including overseeing a dining operation, building relationships with guests, and balancing seating capacity
* Completion of JRG Food & Beverage testing
* Understanding and promotion of the JRG Mission Statement, Philosophy and Service Standards
