• Responsible for all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations• Set the example and follow all policies and procedures• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability
Requirements
• General job duties for all store team members• Operate all equipment• Stock ingredients, prepare product, process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete paperwork• Clean equipment and facility• Ability to comprehend and give written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly• Must be able to make correct monetary change• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
