Responsibilities
• Oversee a full-service BOH operation and a fast casual-service FOH model• Lead and develop a team of 10+ members per shift• Manage P&L, COGS, budgets, financial planning, and process improvement• Ensure food safety and maintain required standards of operation• Communicate effectively with diverse staff
Requirements
• 2+ years' experience in restaurant management• Experience in fast casual restaurant chains preferred• Regional Manager's Food Safety Certification required• Good communication skills• Strong knowledge of P&L, COGS, and financial planning
