What We Offer: A balanced quality of life Competitive salary up to $65K Weekends off Working hours: 50-55 hours a week Your Responsibilities: Overseeing the hotel's opening (Note: We operate with limited hours) Delegating tasks across various staff departments efficiently Maintaining smooth communication with our Corporate Office Handling incoming calls from guests and potential clients Supervising room turnovers by the Housekeeping team Checking the quality of Maintenance work orders Assessing and planning for rooms out of service Addressing and resolving guest concerns promptly Continuously training and developing staff members Requirements for the Role: At least 3 years of progressive experience in a managerial role, preferably in a limited-service hotel Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on strong communication and follow-through Possession of a ServeSafe card Flexibility to work various shifts We are eager to welcome a General Manager who can lead with vision and drive our team towards continued success.
