Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Meet or exceed sales goals through the efficient execution of Company policies and procedures. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a FatCats' center including but not limited to Attractions Operations, People Services, Accounting, and Safety and Procedural Compliance. Nurture positive working relationships with all team members. Maintain the FatCats culture, and nurture communication to ensure expectations and performance are clear and being met.? Identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary. Supervises department managers to ensure they are complying with established center policies, procedures, and sales goals. Works with the Assistant General Manager and Center Revenue Leader to prepare performance evaluations and develop growth plans for team members. Holds weekly staff meetings with department supervisors to discuss and resolve any issues relating to operations, staffing, customer service, etc. Conducts weekly one-on-one meetings with the Assistant General Manager and Center Revenue Leader to discuss sales, budgets, operations, and Team Member performance/growth plans. Participates in weekly one-on-one meetings with the District Manager to discuss sales, budgets, operations, and Team Member performance/ growth plans. Required Skills and Qualifications 5+years proven leadership experience managing, mentoring, coaching, and developing large teams successfully. Personable but professional demeanor. Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and to problem solve effectively. Proven ability in leadership, communication, and negotiating skills. Take initiative as a self-starter known to work with integrity while also being a strong team player. Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset. High EQ with self-awareness, ability to collaborate with others, listen attentively, empathize with others, defuse conflict, show adaptability, and demonstrate good judgment. Computer literate with ability to pick up new software programs and applications easily. High School Diploma or GED (required). Able to lift 35 pounds.
