The Pizza Joint in Aiken is looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team! Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, energetic and engaged. Responsibilities
Oversee all daily FOH and BOH business operations Lead, manage, and develop team for optimal performance and an outstanding level of hospitality Maintain a high degree of customer service standards by developing effective policies, modeling excellent standards and working to make adjustments when appropriate Meet restaurant financial objectives by managing inventory levels, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions, establishing and monitoring financial controls, developing and implementing strategies to increase check averages Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations Must be available for some evening and weekend shifts Qualifications
