A prestigious law firm specializing in providing comprehensive legal solutions to individuals and businesses across various industries is seeking to add a dynamic General Litigation Associate to our growing team!Responsibilities:Manage and oversee a broad range of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research, analyze cases, statutes, and legal precedents to develop effective strategies.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and negotiations.Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and litigation practices to ensure compliance and effective representation.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Nevada.3-7 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, with a focus on civil litigation.Experience in any of the following: medical malpractice, premises liability, mass torts, transportation, construction, and products liability strongly encouragedPlaintiff personal injury associates who want to switch to the defense side are welcome to applyProven track record of successfully managing a high-volume caseload and meeting deadlines.The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial General Liability (CGL), Professional Liability, First Party Property, and Builders Risk experienceEmployment Practices Liability, Subcontractor Default Insurance, Wrap-Ups (OCIP and CCIP), Labor Guard TM, Delay in Completion, Directors & Officers and Pollution experience preferredLooking to make a change?
