General Labor/Floater

Nesco Resource is currently sourcing for a General Laborer/Floater position for a manufacturer supplier of Router Bits, Cup Wheels and CNC Tooling in Madison Heights, MI. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
May be assigned to perform specific and or general job tasks within the entire plant. Wear appropriate safety equipment and utilizes safety techniques Perform duties as assigned by Supervisors General labor functions within the plant. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed QUALIFICATIONS/WORKER TRAITS: Prefer work experience in production shop or general manufacturer, with ability to take direction and is available for several different task through out the facility. Reading, math and writing skills sufficient to perform job tasks. Excellent attention to detail. On-the-job training provided with in basic shop experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequent standing and walking through the plant, sometimes extensive repetitive task may need be performed. Lifting up to 50 lbs rarely, with frequent lifting up to 25 lbs. Exposure to fumes in some departments, heat, dust. Must be able to follow safety regulations.
