Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a General Handyman to join our team. As a General Handyman, you will be responsible for providing general repairs and maintenance to our residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team of skilled professionals to ensure that we provide clear communication and quality repairs in a timely manner for our residents and clients. With 12 years of experience in providing property management companies with clear and effective maintenance and turn-key services, we pride ourselves in delivering nothing but the best to our clients.
Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and more. Conduct regular inspections and identify any potential maintenance issues. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements. Maintain inventory of tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition. Ensure that all work is conducted within safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the construction industry. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repairs and installation along with painting. Ability to handle a variety of tools and equipment. Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
