Compensation Data Wage is $45/hr Job Duties What You'll Do: Manage, direct and supervise crew leaders, field personnel and equipment as well as plan and execute assigned work by: Organizing and assigning crews and equipment to efficiently perform the required work Understand and follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules Maintain accurate records of required work Oversee the hiring and training of all Davey employees in territory Investigate accidents and promptly report to appropriate management Every day there's something new to do!
