• Perform preventative, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures• Collaborate with other dentists for optimal patient treatment• Refer patients to Board Specialists when needed• Assist in building schedules• Focus on patient care and smiles• Manage office operations (for Managing Dentists)• Mentor new dentists• Coordinate care with Specialists• Limit practice to an area of dentistry (optional)• Report to doctors instead of a practice owner
Requirements
• DDS or DMD degree• All experience levels welcome, including recent graduates• Managing Dentists usually require at least 3 years of experience
