Responsibilities
• Attend to delivery duties, including installation, networking, and repair of devices• Provide advice on product placement, services, and other content• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance• Process paperwork and payment• Provide training to new drivers
Requirements
• 1 year of customer service experience• 6 months of experience in sales, delivery, installation, repair, or military equivalent• Current, valid driver's license• Driving record that meets Best Buy's safety standards• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team• Must be at least 21 years old• Acquire and maintain state or local licensing within 90 days• Preferred: Experience in in-home installation environment• Preferred: Experience using and learning about technology products
