• Achieve sales, margin, and EBITDA targets• Create a great customer experience• Provide coaching and feedback to associates• Assist with merchandising projects and promotions• Participate in the interview process and train new hires• Collaborate with Store Manager and Operations Manager• Schedule sales floor and act as manager when necessary• Open and close the store• Perform additional assigned duties
Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant retail or warehouse experience• Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office• Ability to work in a loud environment and lift up to 50 lbs• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
