Job summary
Omni La Costa Resort & Spa is hiring a GardenerThe Gardener is responsible for grounds maintenance and installation of landscape materialsPrevious grounds maintenance and equipment operation experience preferred
Responsibilities
• Produce and maintain detailed landscape maintenance in public areas• Ensure safety procedures are followed and report unsafe conditions• Report facilities issues promptly• Keep assigned areas clean of weeds and trash• Operate lawn mower, hedge trimmer, and weed eater• Inspect and maintain equipment• Adhere to all Standards of Conduct• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers, managers, and guests• Basic English and Spanish language skills• Physically able to perform the duties of the job• Ability to lift and move up to 90 pounds
