Responsibilities
• Opening and closing tasks out front of the store• Keeping the parking lot clean and walkways clear• Moving plants around and stocking displays• Assisting customers with product selection• Watering, pruning, and caring for plants• Performing landscape maintenance tasks• Tagging and signage tasks with plants• Working in varying temperatures and weather conditions• Standing, stooping, kneeling, and bending continuously• Being a team player and working well with others
Requirements
• Ability to lift and load 50-75 lbs• Good customer service and communication skills• Reliability and strong work ethic• Experience in landscaping, maintenance, horticulture, or construction• Familiarity with basic hand tools and lawn equipment• Good driving record
