Culmen International is looking to hire Interns to support various programs. Depending on the program the position could be telework, hybrid, or in person.
Culmen offers internships in every department within the firm – Program Operations, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Business Development, and Strategic Communications. Internships typically consist of specific projects to be completed, which match the intern's area of study or interest with Culmen's needs. Interns are additionally invited to participate in all meetings in their assigned department or division, so they can be exposed to the broader operations of the company.
The intern supporting the Global Advisory Management Services Division will have the opportunity to conduct research projects, attend meetings with program leadership, and develop solutions to a wide array of international challenges. The intern will support the day-to-day operations of the Division and its Vice President. The intern will take part in team meetings, help write proposals, and generally be available to undertake quick turn projects. Through this internship the intern will learn valuable office skills, communications, and become familiar with international contracting in a diverse and multicultural environment.
