Fundraising Associate

Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events, including donor appeals, online fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives. Assist in researching potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities to support our organization's programs and initiatives. Prepare fundraising materials, such as solicitation letters, donor acknowledgment letters, and grant proposals, under the guidance of senior team members. Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in our database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Provide administrative support for fundraising activities, including scheduling meetings, coordinating mailings, and tracking donations. Assist in donor communication and stewardship efforts, including thank-you calls, emails, and personalized outreach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and program staff, to ensure alignment and integration of fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
