Responsibilities
• Review financial statements, board materials, compliance tests, and other functions of Fund Administration• Coordinate with Lead Administrator and client's external auditor for the audit of financial statements• Respond to client questions and requests• Review quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports for assigned funds• Review periodic dividend and capital gain distributions• Perform final review of requested board material for client board meetings
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree• Minimum of three years of fund administration or related industry experience• Strong analytical and organizational skills• Attention to details• Understanding of mutual fund and GAAP requirements• Strong customer service skills
