Responsibilities
• Resolves and/or provides technical advice on complex or critical issues that have been escalated• Supervises daily activities of team members and provides feedback and coaching• Plans, prioritizes, organizes, and completes work to meet objectives• Monitors trends and notifies Group Supervisor of recurring or high priority issues• Maintains records of customer interactions and responds to escalated inquiries• Continues to look for ways to improve current processes• Monitors team member performance and improves department performance• Identifies areas where additional development is needed• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and procedures
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• At least two years of experience working in a pharmacy, retail OR fulfillment task oriented environment• Willingness to obtain a Board of Pharmacy technician license• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending improvements• Experience providing customer service and evaluating customer satisfaction• Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English• Basic PC skills• Experience using time management skills• Preferred: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish• Preferred: Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician• Preferred: Process improvement or Lean/Six Sigma experience• Preferred: Experience in a facility that utilizes pharmacy dispensing technology
