Responsibilities
• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills• Process customer purchases, clean duties, stock shelves, and merchandise displays• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to store management• Provide feedback on products, inventory, scanning errors, and general issues• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy• Adhere to cash policies and procedures• Comply with company policies and uphold security and confidentiality• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately• Ability to safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently and within a team• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and multitask• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
