**Must be available 3rd shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM **Previous hospitality experience is highly desired. Job Description-Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests, during the check-in and check-out process as well as in-house. Also, end of day balancing is required.
Job Duties: Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.Provide expedient check-in/check-out serviceProvide superior guest serviceEntering/changing reservation information on PMSProcessing payments from guestsProvide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/servicesReview and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow databaseJob Requirements: Must possess Excellent customer service and communication skillsBe self motivated and able to work independentlyKnowledge of Fosse operating system a plusClean background check, and reliable transportation a must.Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.Ability to handle comments and suggestions.
