Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide exceptional guest service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns Register and process guests upon arrival and departure Demonstrate telephone courtesy and professionalism Attentively listen to guests and anticipate additional needs or concerns Maintain a clean and professional appearance of public areas and hotel office Utilize appropriate selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy Complete daily management operations reports Ensure all guest accounts are complete and accurate Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and local area Comply with hotel's standard operating procedures and policies Assist in monitoring and upholding procedures for safety of guests and hotel team members Assist team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency Deliver amenities and general assistance to guests as requested Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner Why Choose Courtyard by Marriott Harrisonburg?
