Responsibilities
• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter• Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to campus• Utilize the Visitor Management System (VMS) to ensure a smooth check-in process• Provide excellent customer service and actively engage with each individual
Requirements
• At least 21 years of age• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen• Valid driver's license required for driving positions• Possess and maintain an appropriate state-required security certification• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a corporate office setting• Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public• Ability to work effectively under high-stress situations• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask• Contributing positively as part of a team
