Job Summary:Bright Home Health is currently seeking a Full Time Floater to join our team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. As a Full Time Floater, you will be responsible for providing healthcare and medical support to our clients under the direction of a Registered Nurse. This is a full-time hourly position, where you will be required to work flexible hours and travel to different client locations as needed. The majority of our clients are in the Broken Arrow area.Compensation & Benefits:The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $15.5 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care, including performing basic nursing procedures such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with personal care.Observe and report any changes in client condition to the supervising RN.Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans for each client.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient care activities.Travel to different client locations to provide care as needed.Participate in ongoing training and education to keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or medical setting.Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.EEOC statement:Bright Home Health is an equal opportunity employer.
