Hours from 8:45-1:30p.Assisting other branches as needed.What you'll do as a Branch Associate:In the Branch Associate role, you will serve members in a hybrid capacity conducting both Teller and New Accounts related transactions. You will work to create a top-tier experience for our members and proactively assist with their financial services needs by opening accounts, submitting loan applications, problem-solving member issues, building relationships, and educating members on additional products and services to improve their financial lives.See below for more info:Create a Top-Tier experience for members in branch, drive thru and over the phone.Engage members on financial products and services using a needs-based approach.Open new accounts and products including savings, checking, debit cards, money market, CDs, and select loan products for consumer members.Problem-solve member issues of a basic nature through various communication channels including in-branch, phone, email, etc.Actively participate in volunteer events through our Greater Good program.QualificationsMust Haves for the Branch Associate Role:Minimum of 1 year in a face to face customer service role.High willingness to learn and be a self-starter.Outgoing, personable, and a team player.Great communication skills.Detail oriented.HS Diploma or GED.Nice to Haves for the Branch Associate Role:Cross-selling experience.6 months of cash handling.Bilingual in Spanish and English.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
