Full-Time Bellman

The 4 Diamond Westin Richmond is searching for a full-time Bellman. First impressions are everything! The Bell Person / Guest Service Attendant is responsible for providing a delightful experience for arrivals/departures and any guest assistance. Bell Person / Guest Service Attendants assist arriving and departing guests with baggage handling, greeting and escorting guests to and from their hotel rooms, promoting the hotel outlets, delivering guest packages and faxes, as well as, informing guests of area attractions and hotel programs. Ideal candidate can operate a manual shift vehicle.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a pro-active "can do" attitude and provide exceptional distinctive premium service to our guests. Experience
One year customer service or guest related experience required. Hotel service experience preferred.
Ability to pass background/insurance check for ability to drive hotel shuttle is required.
