What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a dynamic Full Stack Software Engineerto join our innovative and fast-paced team. You will collaborate daily with a team of Software Developers, Product Managers, Product Specialists, and Agile Coaches to build and support cutting-edge applications. You will work closely with the team and Product Manager to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business customers to gather and understand requirements, translating them into application features.

Develop applications and services using the latest tools and technologies.

Deploy applications across all environments in collaboration with development, release, and product management teams.

Perform unit, integration, functional, and non-functional testing.

Troubleshoot and debug applications.

Evaluate existing applications to refactor, update, and add new features.

Develop technical documentation to represent application design and code accurately.

Build effective relationships and communicate within and across teams, with product management, and customers to enhance product quality.

Identify opportunities to develop new and improved solutions.

Provide guidance on technical design and architecture decisions within the team and across the domain platform.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and teaming skills.

Experience working in an enterprise-level integrated architecture with upstream and downstream dependencies.

Full-stack development with strong UI skills.

Experience with AWS, Postgres, API Development (REST), Relational Database, GraphQL, and GO.

Agile experience.

Project Description:

You will work on applications like Envision, Register Data Models, and Transform Datasets (Envision Imports) which enable common search, navigation, interactive visualization, rendering, reporting, and data modeling.

Team Dynamics:

Small, autonomous agile team focused on growth through training (both domain and technical) and knowledge sharing within communities of agile teams.

Opportunities for innovation days, hack-a-thons, networking events, and volunteering.

Diverse technology stack in a forward-thinking, fast-moving, and open-source (inner-source) centric environment.

Pay: $75.60 - $108 /hr.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to provide sponsorship at this time or accept candidates who would require a corp-to-corp agreement.
