Responsibilities State Farm Human Resources & Development (HR&D) Workforce Technology group is seeking a Full Stack Developer with proven web application and process automation development experience. We are looking for those who are passionate about creating custom solutions that address our business problems and support our strategic vision. We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with a knack for developing innovative solutions that provide the best user experience.

As a Software Developer in the role you will get to:
Generate your own ideas and take charge of developing code to bring them to life Contribute to sprint planning by providing estimates for completing product stories, and take ownership of development stories Enjoy the freedom to be creative and design code according to your preferences Engage in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and collaboration Lead the design of solutions, taking into account risks, performance, user experience, and testability Participate in the full software development cycle including coding, testing, implementation, support, and sunset. Collaborate with business areas to review user interfaces and ensure that desired outcomes are achieved Qualifications Highly Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your development projects. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / Typescript (React, Angular, or Vue.js), and backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java. Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform including Apps, Automate, and PowerBI. Experience working with RESTful APIs and databases (SQL, NoSQL). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth. Experience with PEGA Systems and Microsoft Automation Desktop robotic process automation. Additional Skills: Experience with Workday Extend development and Orchestration for Integrations.
