Full Service Technician

This position is responsible for testing, assembling, and tanking pad mount transformers.Assembling Single Phase as well as recondition.Turn test ratio and Megger test incoming pad mount transformers.Disassembly, clean and inspect all pad mount transformer components.Re-assemble and repair pad mount transformer per build standards and work order instructions.Fill, seal and pressure test pads.Learn both single phase and three phase pads product lines.Learn final transformer testingReviewing work orders for unit instructions and reviewing specifications for accuracy.Complete production output level for the day/week.Elevating more complex issues such as larger voltages, unusual nameplates, and entry level testing issues.Support monthly operational goals.Adhere to Sunbelt Solomon's Safety and Equipment remanufacturing process standards.Perform reconditioning of equipment and verify the work order criteria matches finished product.
