Responsibilities
• Process customer transactions, deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing• Refer bank products and services to new and existing customers• Acquire knowledge of the bank's products, services, regulations, and procedures• Maintain control of cash drawer and balance• Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services• Project a professional image and interact positively with customers and team members• Contribute to a cohesive team environment• Perform assigned duties
Requirements
• High school education or equivalent knowledge• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills• Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain energy• Previous cash handling experience preferred• Knowledge of departmental policies and procedures• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality• Ability to apply training to daily work functions• Ability and willingness to travel and work weekends• Must be able to operate basic office equipment
