The Role:

As a Fulfillment Manager, you'll play a crucial part in advancing our strategic objectives by forging strong partnerships with suppliers, logistics partners, and carriers. Collaborating closely with our Operations team, you'll ensure seamless and efficient logistical procedures, driving sustainability, reducing waste, and meeting the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular self-assessments to enhance individual performance impact.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to integrate logistical operations seamlessly.
Evaluate and update fulfillment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Provide accurate inventory reports to track stock levels effectively.
Analyze market demands and strategize approaches to meet client requirements.
Oversee end-to-end shipment processes, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
Negotiate favorable rates and contracts with transportation partners.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align logistical strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with partners.
Understanding of international shipping regulations.
Excellent communication skills for building positive relationships.
Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Asana or Smartsheets is advantageous.
Prior experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is a bonus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role.
