Responsibilities
• Ensure employees and volunteers follow Miracle Hill Ministries' philosophy and policies• Provide Christ-centered leadership and treat all with fairness, dignity, and respect• Create a Christ-centered store environment and provide exceptional service to donors and customers• Resolve employee, donor, and customer concerns in a courteous and respectful manner• Process and place incoming merchandise on the salesfloor• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized salesfloor• Train associates and volunteers and provide coaching and feedback• Secure and account for store funds following cash handling procedures• Set an example for efficient and outstanding customer service• Assist in staff scheduling and assigning duties• Order merchandise and store supplies• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines• Encourage spiritual growth of employees and volunteers• Perform thrift associate duties as needed
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 3 years of retail experience, including supervisory role• Basic computer and cash handling abilities• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds• Ability to stand for an entire shift• Ability to reach into boxes and use tagging/pricing guns
