Responsibilities
• Interact with customers to answer questions and provide customer service• Record payment arrangements and work with customers in the collection process• Troubleshoot customer accounts and investigate illegal usage• Track and monitor customer accounts shut off for non-payment• Batch entry and reconciliation of payments• Perform other clerical duties to support department functions• Enter and verify data, file documentation• Assist in the compilation of reports• Operate office equipment and distribute correspondences• Participate in safety and risk management activities
Requirements
• Fluency in Spanish preferred• Strong communication and customer service skills• Attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work in a team and with the general public• Basic computer skills• Punctuality and attendance
