Fresh Market is seeking a Frozen/Dairy Manager for our Lake City, MN location.Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Frozen and Dairy Departments.

Responsibilities
• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Frozen and Dairy Departments, including achieving sales, gross profit, and labor goals.• Report to the store manager on day-to-day operations.• Ensure proper ordering, merchandising, and labor scheduling in the frozen and dairy departments.• Check shelf inventory and restock as needed.• Ensure foods are not expired and are merchandised effectively.• Assist in unloading daily deliveries.
Requirements
• Passionate about retail and customer service.• Ability to work weekend and holiday hours.• Physical ability to lift 40-60 lbs.
