Responsibilities
• Smile• Create and Maintain Eye Contact• Speak Enthusiastically• Make Emotional Connections with Guests• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic• Work on their feet for several hours at a time• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times• Accurately take orders in the restaurant and drive-thru• Fulfill and deliver orders to guests efficiently through a variety of positions• Care for guests by resolving all customers issues in a helpful, friendly and patient way• Other duties as assigned
