Responsibilities
• Smile, create and maintain eye contact, and speak enthusiastically with guests• Make emotional connections with guests and honor the vision and values of the restaurant• Multitask quickly, work as a team, and adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code• Communicate effectively and perform other assigned duties• Work on feet for several hours, ensuring guests receive excellent service and food
Requirements
• Consistency, reliability, and a cheerful, positive attitude• Love serving and helping others, with strong interpersonal skills• Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well independently and in a team• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
