Front of House Customer Service Location Germantown, TN : Would you like to be part of a team that works to capture memories of a lifetime for high school seniors and their families? Holland Studio of Photography, a premier portrait studio located in Germantown, Tennessee is currently seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative . This is a seasonal full-time/part-time position to begin as soon as possible .
Responsibilities include: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the studio Direct visitors to the appropriate person and location Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Update calendars and schedule meetings Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Qualifications include but are not limited to: Professional attitude and appearance Previous experience in customer service, Front Office Representative preferred, but not required Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks To apply/inquire, please submit via this posting, email taylor[dot]shappley[at]hollandstudio[dot]net.
