Front Load Driver

We are on the lookout for a skilled Front Load Driver for a l Services Company based in the Maryland area.
This position is crucial for those passionate about making a significant impact on environmental sustainability and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities: Operate a front-load truck to efficiently collect waste and recycling from commercial clients, ensuring safety and professionalism at all times. Conduct detailed pre- and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and reliability. Accurately complete assigned routes, working closely with the dispatch team to manage any route adjustments or issues. Commit to outstanding customer service, embodying the company's values in every interaction. Adhere to environmental regulations and participate in training and safety programs to enhance job performance. Requirements: A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record is required. Previous experience in waste management or a similar role is preferred. Demonstrated ability to follow routes efficiently while complying with traffic and safety laws. Physical fitness to meet the job's demands, including lifting, pushing, and pulling. A strong focus on safety, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.
