Front-End Web Developer

Job summary
TA Instruments is seeking a front-end web developer to join our global Marketing team.

Responsibilities
• Design, implement, test, and deploy innovative new features and functionality for corporate websites and other digital media to provide an outstanding user experience.• Troubleshoot issues to full resolution.• Participate in cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create new digital media that drives revenue.• Research emerging technologies and trends in digital and web design that fit, support, and accelerate our goals.• Collaborate with the web team and digital campaign managers to administer all corporate websites, including translations and localization.• Ensure quality and consistency across all browsers and interfaces, including maintaining graphic and branding standards.
Requirements
• Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a four (4) year degree program in Web Development, Information Sciences, or other relevant field, and 1-5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.• A portfolio of original work is mandatory for all applicants.
Key Skills Needed
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive website design.• A thorough understanding of UI/UX and design principals.• Knowledge of JavaScript, PHP and MySQL.• Familiarity with a CMS (WordPress), SEO, and site traffic optimization.• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, XD).• Experience with marketing automation software is a plus.• Experience with Google Analytics and Adwords is a plus.
