Front Desk Receptionist (Ref# VP2437) Location Knoxville, TN : Front Desk Receptionist (Part - Time) If you have at least one year of current medical office experience, please consider becoming a part of the front office staff at our progressive podiatry practice in the Knoxville, TN area. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to: answering patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, insurance verification and patient check-in/checkout. Having EMR and billing experience is a plus.

? Job Type: Part-time (24 hours)
? Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
? Patient check-in and checkout, insurance verification
? Entering patient information into the EMR
? Patient phone calls, scheduling appointments and other administrative tasks
Job Requirements ? One (1) year of medical office receptionist experience
? One (1) year of customer service
? Able to commute to Knoxville, TN
