Responsibilities
• Ensure high quality customer service and follow safety protocols• Maintain a smooth flow of customers through the store• Answer and forward incoming phone calls• Process managed care plans and obtain necessary information• Provide customers with basic and accurate information• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes• File patient records and pull patient files for next-day appointments• Check order status and notify customers of any delays• Keep reception area tidy and presentable• Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries and maintain office supply inventory• Participate in regularly scheduled communication meetings
Requirements
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish• Experience as a Receptionist or similar role preferred but not required• 0-2 years related experience or training preferred• Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred• Strong customer service and organizational skills required
