Front Desk/Inside Sales We are looking for an outgoing Front Desk/Inside Sales Rep to join our growing team! The Sales Rep will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding the customers wants and needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process while utilizing the ability to cross and upsell additional products and services.

Bi-lingual English & Spanish Responsibilities for the Sales Rep: Assist walk-in customers with product information, promotions, brand selections and loading products into customer vehicles after sale. Receive and process orders regarding front counter sales via phone, text or email Professionally handle customer issues and concerns, while notifying management best suited for each scenario Set up and maintain showroom to create an effective and efficient environment to promote sales Count and maintain inventory for showroom products, overstock, mud, bead and screws while keeping shelves stocked and faced Notify purchasing agent of low quantity, out-of-stock and discrepancy items Timely communicate maintenance, equipment/property damage, safety, and security issues to management Requirements of the Sales Rep: Minimum 2-3 years of Sales and Customer Service experience Bi-lingual English & Spanish Knowledgeable of building materials and supplies High School Diploma or GED Forklift Operating experience is a plus Superior customer service skills including professional appearance and attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
