Key Responsibilities: Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and facilitate a smooth check-in process. Verify guest information and process payments accurately. Issue room keys and inform guests about hotel facilities and services. Ensure a hassle-free check-out process, providing accurate billing and settling final payments. Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options. Resolve guest complaints or issues, escalating when necessary. Reservations and Booking Management: Assist guests in making, modifying, or canceling reservations. Maintain an organized reservation system and ensure the accuracy of guest information. Cash Handling and Accounting: Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision, ensuring the security of funds. Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Administrative Duties: Keep the front desk area clean and tidy. Maintain records of guest interactions, transactions, and special requests. Complete necessary paperwork, reports, and logs as required. Security and Safety: Monitor the entrance area and report any suspicious activity or security concerns. Follow established procedures in case of emergencies, such as fire or medical situations.
