Responsibilities
• Perform check-in and check-out tasks• Manage online and phone reservations• Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data• Register guests and collect necessary information• Welcome guests and assign rooms• Provide information about hotel and amenities• Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure clean and furnished rooms• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIPs• Upsell additional facilities and services
Requirements
• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role• Experience with hotel reservations software• Understanding of travel planning websites• Customer service attitude• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Degree in hotel management is a plus• High school or equivalent education preferred• 1 year of hotel experience preferred
