Responsibilities
• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards• Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, standards, and regulations• Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk• Maintain proper operation of the telephone switchboard• Handle requests for information, mail, and messages• Answer guest inquiries about hotel service facilities• Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork• Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred• Positive and upbeat personality• Ability to multi-task and problem solve• Effective communication skills• Ability to work well in high pressure situations• Effective problem-solving skills• Effective listening skills• Ability to work with financial information and data• Ability to perform basic arithmetic functions• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions• Ability to use logic to define problems and interpret information• Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite• Willingness and ability to work a varied schedule• Understanding of hotel products and guest services• Ability to participate in creating an enjoyable work environment
