Boston Yacht Haven Inn & Marina is currently seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent/Front Desk Agent. The Guest Service Agent is responsible for:maintaining and promoting hospitality at all timeschecking in and out guests from the inn & marina softwaresproviding restaurant recommendations and concierge servicesmaking reservationsanswering phones and responding to emailswelcoming and serving all guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone; and ensuring guest needs are being metassisting in other departmentsother duties as assigned by managementThis individual must have good professional judgment and ability to work independently. Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills required.Must be a multi-tasker and a team player to assist other employees in providing a first-class hotel experience to our guests.Prefer two years hospitality experience or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management. Ability to work holidays and weekends is necessary. Flexibility is a plus.
